Nail anatomy and diseases
Nail structure and growth, recognizing problem conditions and when not to work.

Hygiene and sterilization
Working to European standards — disinfection and sterilization of tools - methods, workplace organization, safety for the client and for you.

Combined manicure
Shaping, cuticle work, correct brush holding, basic techniques with an electric nail file.

Gel polish manicure
Levelling with base coat, applying color without streaks or bubbles, working with top coat.

Nail extensions — gel
Builder gel with paper forms (form cutting), nail architecture, correct positioning of salon shapes - square, oval, almond.

Salon maintenance
Treatment and correction of nails with growth - downward, upward, crooked, and twisted. Dealing with air pockets and broken corners. Working with gels of different consistencies - self-leveling, thixotropic, reconstruction with jelly gel.

Pedicure from A to Z
Combined pedicure technique, shaping, cuticle work, and treatment of cracks. Safe work on feet.

I have no experience with manicures. Is this course suitable for me?
That is exactly what it was created for. The basic course starts from the very beginning — how to hold a brush, how to file the nail, how to work with gel. No previous experience is required. Over 80% of our students come with no prior exposure to the profession.
What document do I receive and is it valid?
You receive a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) — an official state document of competence. It is valid in Bulgaria and when applying for a job in a salon.
Do I need to bring materials or tools?
No. All professional materials — gel polishes, base coats, builder gels, brushes, forms, nail files, lint-free wipes, disinfectants — are provided by us and are included in the course price. You just come with a desire to learn.
What happens if I have a question after the course ends?
You receive 30 days of free professional support after graduation. During this period, you can send photos of your work, ask questions about real clients, and receive personalized advice from the instructors. After the 30 days, you remain in the closed community of Freya Nails Academy graduates.
How many students are in a group?
We work in small groups to provide personal attention to every student. Each one receives direct feedback and real-time corrections from two instructors.
Can I pay in installments?

How long do I need before I start taking clients?
After completing the course, you'll be ready to work. We recommend practicing on friends and relatives for the first 1-2 weeks so you can build speed. Most of our students start taking paid clients in the first month after the course.
