MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)

Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, a harmonized classification of substances as carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic for reproduction (CMR) is provided on the basis of a scientific assessment by the Committee for Risk Assessment of the European Chemicals Agency. Substances are classified as CMR substances in category 1A, category 1B, or category 2, depending on the level of evidence for their CMR properties.

Our products comply with the current regulation, which covers substances classified as CMR substances under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/197. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/197 will apply from 1 September 2025.

In view of the classification of “Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide” as a CMR substance in category 1B (toxic for reproduction), this substance should no longer be permitted in cosmetic products.
